Operations executives

The backbone of Raya’s business is our operation executives, supervising the operations ranging from warehouse inventory management to quality checks and keeping track of delivery timing, transport, and associated costs. We rely on our operation executives to develop innovative strategies to streamline logistic processes, data analysis to identify problematic areas, negotiate contracts with carriers and effective plans for routing shipments with minimum costs and maximum customer satisfaction.

Overseas managers

They are the brains behind the action, coordinating with overseas sources to handle import and export activities to ensure the safety and time-efficient shipment of goods. We rely on our overseas managers to develop strategic supply chain solutions, implementable at the international level and ensure that our logistic activities comply with local, national, and international customs laws.

Freight forwarders

We rely on our transportation architect to take control of our traffic and assist our clientele in simplifying their complicated trade troubles and forwarding their cargo from sending to receiving end securely and efficiently.
